ZAME Fest

EPEKA je sodelovala pri prvem festivalu ZAME Fest, ki ga organizirajo mladi iz raznih slovenskih kulturnih društev v Trstu v sodelovanju s ŠOU v Lj, ZKB in ZSKD. EPeKa bo priredila likovne delavnice iz ekoloških materialov.

TOMO KRIŽNAR : Talk night and screening of the DAR-FUR Battle for Water movie

EPEKA arranged a talk night with Tomo Križnar – humanitarian, traveller and human rights fighter.

Tomo Križnar is a peacemaker heavily integrated in Sudan in the region of Darfur. During the talk he presented his work and experience that he gained in Africa and the historical relationship between political superpowers and this unused terrain. The talk was followed by the screening of his movie DAR-FUR Battle for Water. The movie is portraying his peace mission in Darfur and also the time he was locked up in Sudan.
