With the cooperation between the Scientific Research Association for the arts, cultural - educational programs and technology EPEKA and European Youth Capital Braga 2012, there was  a performance in Club KMŠ from Portuguese hip-hop group Particula.

Group Particula consist of two MC's and two DJ's who "pretend" to elevate hip - hop movement in the north of Portugal, in Braga. Music is the result of the whole group, whose rhythms and scratches are responsible for the development of non-commercial hip-hop.

Maribor is European Youth Capital in 2013 and it took over the title from Braga, Portugal which in 2012 had the prestigious title.

European Youth Forum gives the title with the objective of encouraging the development of new ideas and innovative projects to promote active youth participation in society and cooperation in the field of youth policies at local and European level.

The cultural organization NAAM (Núcleo de Apoio às Artes Musicais) organized a project called LINK+351 under the European Youth Capital Braga 2012. The aim of the project was to exchange and promote young artists, organizations and the collaboration between European cities with past and future European Capitals of Youth.

The concert was adapted to deaf and hard of hearing with an official translator of Slovenian sign language.

EPeKa organizied the concert in collaboration with KMŠ and ESN Maribor.
